IMPORTANT: Please plan adequate time when placing bulk orders (19.2 Metric Ton and above) as production timelines, container booking, and international freight schedules may vary. Delivery times are indicative only. All bulk shipments are governed by the Incoterm agreed upon in the signed sales contract (FOB & CIF), and risk transfers according to the selected Incoterm. Addis Coffee will not take responsibility for delays caused by port congestion, vessel rescheduling, customs inspections, force majeure events, or carrier-related issues beyond our control. We recommend that buyers ensure accurate consignee and port details are provided at the time of contract confirmation.

If delays occur due to incorrect documentation or late customs clearance, any additional charges such as demurrage, storage, or brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If a shipment issue arises, we will work closely with our partners to find practical solutions. We aim to respond to inquiries within 48 business hours. Professional and respectful communication is expected at all times.

WHOLESALE :  Wholesale orders are shipped based on full container quantities. Our minimum order quantity is 19.2 metric tons (one 20-foot container). Shipping terms and delivery arrangements are agreed upon with the buyer depending on the destination and logistics requirements. EUROPE Bulk orders of green coffee are prepared within 20 to 30 business days following contract confirmation and payment agreement. Container dispatch is scheduled according to vessel availability. Estimated transit time to Europe after vessel departure ranges between 20–35 days, depending on destination port and shipping line. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please note: Addis Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, port authorities, or customs procedures. Shipments to Europe are typically arranged via ocean freight from the Port of Djibouti under the agreed Incoterm stated in the contract.

WORLD Bulk orders of green coffee are prepared within 20 to 30 business days following contract confirmation and payment agreement.

Large coffee commercial orders require approximately 7 to 14 business days, depending on volume. Transit times after dispatch vary by region and may range between 15–45 days depending on destination (Middle East, North America, Asia, or other regions). Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

International freight charges cover shipping as agreed in the sales contract only. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any local charges are not included unless otherwise specified in writing and remain the responsibility of the buyer. Customs policies vary by country, and when customs clearance procedures are required, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
